MEET OUR GUIDES
Max Pavan: Tour Director
Massimo (Max) Pavan is the proud descendant of three generations of Italian restaurateurs and was born with a passion for food and wine. He has over 30 years of experience in the restaurant industry, working in London, Paris, New York, Cayman Islands and Vancouver before setting roots in Calgary.
Throughout his travels, he remained passionate about Italy and its culture. Each year he returns to spend time with family/friends and to explore the "excellences" of Italy.

Francesco Vaccarro: Tour/Bike Guide
Francesco is a beast on 2 wheels, having cycled all across Europe. He studied tourism and is a fully licensed Italian tour guide.
He has been enlightening and entertaining cycle tourists for 5+ years.
